Role Overview: Join our dynamic team as a Social Worker, where you will play a crucial role in providing direct and indirect interventions to children and adolescents with disabilities or developmental delays. Working closely with families, teachers, professionals, and support staff, you will administer assessments, offer therapy/training recommendations, and contribute to achieving individual goals for our participants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer assessments and provide interventions to enhance functional independence and social participation.
- Collaborate with the wider team to ensure the best outcomes for participants and their families.
- Engage in frequent case discussions and professional learning opportunities.
- Work towards individual goals in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle.
- Full and current AHPRA registration.
- Working with Children Check and National Police Check.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
